Are pets allowed in rentals?

Pets are not permitted in our rentals.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refund is by Check Only

If you cancel your reservation

30 days or more prior to the reservation arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.

If you cancel 30 to 10 days prior to reservation arrival date, you will receive 1/2 minus a $25.00 processing fee.

If you cancel less than 10 days prior to arrival date, there is

NO refund.

Emergencies will be considered on an individual basis.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is free for guests and off street!

What are the check-in times?

Check-in starts at 3 PM till 10PM unless other

arrangements are made ahead. check-out is by 11 AM.
